I am an engaged scholar specialising in HR Analytics, Before joining Kingston Business School, I worked for University of Bedfordshire (2021-2023). At the University of Bedfordshire, I led the MSc HRM programme. In 2024, I joined the Ultimate AI Suite program offered by Meritorium Knowledge Academy, Mumbai. This course significantly enhanced my understanding of HR Analytics, which has directly benefited my teaching. I now teach Data and Technology at Kingston University. Though I moved to BI Class and missed some content, I truly value the learning. Grateful to the team for a course that continues to impact my academic journey.
I have 20+ years of experience as Assistant Professor in Biomedical Engineering at SSN College of Engineering Chennai. Currently, I am pursuing MD from Topiwala National Medical College (TNMC), Mumbai. I attended the Applied AI, Data Science & Analytics certificate course (Sept 2020–Jan 2021) at Meritorium and had a great learning experience. The course covered Python, statistics, ML, and deep learning, with excellent faculty support during and after sessions. This course provides a strong foundation in Data Science and ML, covering supervised, unsupervised learning, and neural networks with real-world case studies. The instructors, many with PhDs, offered practical tips on debugging and model evaluation in Python. I gained the confidence to build an ML model for my networking domain. The focus on evaluating model efficiency was especially valuable. “Perfect practice” is a key takeaway. I didn’t expect much from an online course—but Meritorium Academy exceeded expectations!.

As a BTech Mechanical Engineer, I was initially hesitant to pursue AI and Data Science.
